I, Ashish Gupta, SEBI RIA (INA000022109), am the CEO of Tailor Money along with Sunil Lata Gupta. Tailor Money is the brand operated by Paxoma Tech Private Limited. Tailor Money is building India's first AI-scaled, fiduciary-first wealth advisory platform. We combine a proprietary AI orchestration and deterministic financial-modelling engine with SEBI-aligned human adviser oversight to deliver holistic, personalised advice across equity, debt, gold, real estate and tax planning - a category of advice available in India today only to the wealthiest clients, through expensive, low-tech portfolio management services. The platform ingests a user's complete financial picture via RBI-licensed Account Aggregators, builds a unified 360-degree financial graph, and generates advice through a compliance-gated pipeline in which AI handles analysis and personalisation at scale while a human, SEBI-registered adviser remains accountable for every recommendation. Tailor Money operates a fee-only, SEBI-aligned advisory model. Advisory is currently delivered under the founder's individual SEBI RIA registration (INA000022109); a corporate SEBI RIA registration will be obtained as the client base approaches the regulatory limit applicable to an individual adviser.
