In a country where printing access remains fragmented — dependent on shop hours, manual assistance, and cash transactions — students, professionals, and everyday consumers often face delays and inconvenience for a task as simple as printing a document. Pay n Print solves this by deploying intelligent, unmanned kiosks at high-footfall locations such as educational campuses, retail spaces, and public access points, enabling users to upload, pay for, and print documents independently, 24/7, without relying on staffed shops or cash payments. Each kiosk integrates embedded hardware, real-time print job management software, and seamless digital payment processing to deliver a fully self-service, end-to-end printing experience. The platform handles multi-file print jobs, automated billing, and live status tracking, ensuring reliability and ease of use without human intervention. Our vision is to build the largest decentralized self-service printing infrastructure in India — bringing speed, affordability, and digital-first convenience to a daily necessity that has remained largely unautomated. By combining hardware engineering, embedded software, and cashless payment technology, Pay n Print is creating a scalable, asset-light model with strong potential for nationwide deployment across campuses, transit hubs, and commercial spaces.
