PEACEGATE Application is a first of its kind attempt to bring in automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to make dispute resolution process available to people in their smart phones and helping mediators and arbitrators to function with automation and AI-assistance to make minimal errors and with high efficiency. It incorporates the best practices in the procedure, practice and professionalism in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism for dispute resolution. It provides the option to schedule dispute resolution processes in the ADR Centres near to the disputant or proceed to resolve it online or through virtual platform. This helps not only people who have relationship disputes to choose the best option for resolving their disputes in the best manner possible, but also allow business community to handle their disputes in the age of digital economy. Dispute Resolution in Digital Economy (DRDE) is possible only through online platform. The UN Declaration on the Right to Peace noted that peace is not only the absence of conflict but also require a positive, dynamic participatory process where dialogue is encouraged and conflicts are solved in a spirit of mutual understanding and cooperation. PEACEGATE develops a new justice system that works at the speed of technology, enabling fast and fair resolutions anywhere within the reach of the internet. It gives the option to choose any form of justice delivery to the satisfaction of the disputant, and guarantee transparency and efficiency in the process and at the same time maintain confidentiality and credibility in the procedure adopted. PEACEGATE also allow the disputant to use the service of a virtual guide to analyse their dispute and identify the best mode of dispute resolution.
