PEXMET (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED was founded by DHANYA KUMAR K V in 2021. The website and company name was derived from the word рәхмәт by replacing 'ә' with 'e'. thank you, thankfulness, gratitude and appreciation. At PEXMET, focus is always on implementing ideas for helping humankind. PEXMET's two-word mantra: helping humankind. PEXMET aims to solve interesting problems that Government and other leaders wants to solve. For example, Air pollution in major cities, Keeping the City Clean (Swach Bharath), The unemployment problem, generating revenue for the government and stopping the unnecessary spending of taxpayer’s money. Being a startup initially, PEXMET.COM portal will be developed with following functionalities: • Social Media Aggregator: The aggregator provides a web interface for its users to embed the social media posts. It is an easy-to-use tool with a clear and intuitive interface at no cost to share the social media posts. Its main objective is to create public awareness on climate change, promote language & mother tongue(s), and inspire you to succeed. • Talent Spotter focuses on automating and simplifying the recruitment process in IT industry. Automating processes like manual resume screening will allow the recruiting team to focus on more meaningful work. Talent Spotter not only increases efficiency but also improves the quality of a company’s hiring efforts. It doesn’t only benefit recruiters—it benefits candidates as well. By using Talent Spotter for screening and assessing, companies can bring transparency in hiring. • Discover great places and services: PEXMET portal provides an easy-to-use interface to register business address and business information. It also provides a search interface for its users to search the services and places. PEXMET aims to become the bridge between the consumer & small business for sustainable business growth. • Smart Commute: emphasizes the intelligent use of shared transportation over individual transportation.
