PhotonVerce is an innovative clean-energy startup dedicated to solving India's pressing energy challenges through the development and deployment of decentralized, community-based solar microgrids. Our mission is to provide reliable, affordable, and clean electricity to all, addressing critical issues such as high transmission & distribution losses , rising consumer costs , and the significant carbon emissions from traditional power generation. Our core solution involves installing integrated solar panel systems across clusters of 25 households and connecting them to a shared, intelligent battery storage system, forming a self-sufficient microgrid. This model, offered with no upfront cost to the consumer , provides 24/7 power at rates up to 40% cheaper than the traditional grid. The primary innovation lies in our proprietary energy management software and our network-first approach. By interconnecting these microgrids, we are building a resilient, scalable "virtual power plant" that ensures over 99.9% uptime and optimizes energy flow. This not only reduces costs but also creates a robust local infrastructure for community EV charging. Starting with our pilot in Venkatagiri, Andhra Pradesh , we aim to scale across Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns and villages, empowering communities with energy independence, creating skilled local employment, and contributing significantly to India's renewable energy goals.
