We have digital clinic at remote sites managed by trained nursing staff with following services • Remote consultations - Video visit between a rural patient and a medical provider in an urban. • Store and forward consultation - Appointment booking for in-person visit and follow up via video consultation at remote. • Satellite clinic – Doctor practice for in-person visit at multiple rural location. • Tele monitoring - Remote monitoring plans for chronic patient, collecting and sending patient data to be interpreted and used in a person’s ongoing health care. • Tele assessment - Second opinion and reviews on pathology and x-rays reports. • MHealth - Mobile, website and SMS platform for communication and delivery of health information.
