Introduction to PINAK AI model: PAI is a text summarization model that helps to summarise any document such as long and hard semantic editorials, legal documents, financial documents, and healthcare documents. We are also developing other AI-based products which will be able to solve the problem pertaining to audio-to-text summarization. How does it work Pai sits on top of natural language processing and deep learning methodologies. At the backend, we have developed a summarization service hosted on cloud services. On the frontend side, the user can upload an image or PDF file in the app which will connect directly to the summarization service using APIs. Once the input is processed by the AI service, the user will get the summary in a minute. What does it solve Problems: o Unable to understand text documents due to The complexity of the text content Length of the document Lack of understanding of domain-specific content (i.e. Financial or legal jargon) o Qualitative analysis of sales and service calls between executive and client due to Duration of the call Unable to audit every single call Solutions: o Text summarization Eliminate redundant and insignificant text without losing the essence and quantitative data. o Audio - Video transcript summarization Build summary on the transcript of audio and videos of meetings, lectures and many more.
