The company works on the principle of "By the Farmers, For the Farmers", enabling members to collectively access modern agricultural technologies, quality inputs, value addition, processing, marketing, and financial services. Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) are legally recognized producer-owned enterprises that help farmers improve income, bargaining power, and market access.
