To engage in activities related to scrapping and collection of Lithium Batteries for further processing, extraction, reuse, recycling, reproduction, manufacturing and trading. 4. To carry on business such as import, export, re-licenses, periodic inspections of swapping /charging station, preparation of reports, agreement with bulk users or any others for business, building infrastructure, owning, leasing, outsourcing activities, service contracts, undertaking all types of contracts/ consultancy, development of software/ App, hardware, procurement of electricity for charging of electric vehicles batteries and swapping against discharged batteries, EV to grid for grid stability and designing business
