We started an Online Grocery Store in one of the smart city i.e., kakinada. A place with huge opportunity to grow. What makes us different from others is "all the E-commerce businesses mostly operate by orders received from their website, but the problem is it is not reachable to many users as they don't know how to search for a product they required with particular specifications. In order fill this gap apart from website we started to accept orders by WhatsApp (since their is no separate app for us we are temporarily using WhatsApp) and call too." We are operating from the last two months we got 60 plus orders (for proof we have attached bank statement and some transactions are done by cash on delivery) out of which 54 plus are ordered through Whatsapp or call and also we are delivering the products within 2 hours when ordered and at affordable prices which makes the customers stick to us. We never said no to any customer for any product he asked until now, if a particular product is not available with us then we immediately search in local market or near by cities too. Since, their is no much publicity our customer base is less until now it is expanding by mouth publicity only, with some support we can expand and grow.
