In their own words
technology is a plastic–sand composite paver block system where waste plastics like High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low-Density Polyethylene (thermoplastic polymer"] (LDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) are shredded and mixed with fine dry sand in a recommended ratio of about 25% plastic and 75% sand. The mixture is heated to around 200–300°C so the plastic melts and coats the sand particles, then the hot material is placed into steel moulds and compressed using an 40 - 60 ton hydraulic press to form paver blocks or tiles. After cooling, the block becomes rigid and water-resistant without any curing process. The setup requires a shredder, heated mixer or extruder, hydraulic press, and moulds. This method reduces cement cost, uses plastic waste, produces faster than concrete blocks, and can achieve good strength (around 15–25 MPa) if temperature, pressure, and material ratio are properly controlled.
