I have been in the industry for about 17 years. now a days we see a big gap in the industry's requirement, expectations for skilled manpower and the available college graduates. There is a lot of expectations from the industry. Unfortunately due the lagging nature of the Educational institutions the graduates always pass out with skill sets which is almost obsolete. Hence the industries stick to hiring experienced engineers. This is a chicken-egg problem as Fresh grads cannot get experience unless they are placed on job. The plan is to hire fresh grads as trainees, train them on the industry standard skills to enable them to catch up with the market. The training would be conducted by myself and also from leaders in the industry, also help them get placed in the industry. Going forward, I also have plans to get projects form companies and get them executed from the trained engineers which would give them industry experience, and could also generate salary for them. This is a unique mode of training and placement and it is going to help industry and the engineers in a big scale. Since it is semiconductor industry, it cannot be done by a third party, outside the industry, someone with background of mine can do this and hence I claim that I am a startup, which can generate and provide employment to fresh engineers. This will convert a non-skilled engineer to a skilled engineer. Please let me know if you need any more details.
