In 'Prakritir Abha Organic Initiative' we focus on full intensive model of Goat farming. We try to nurture and flourish the indigenous goat breed 'Black Bengal' through Artificial Insemination & natural fertilization mode.We cultivate green concentrated fodder which fulfill the protein requirements and also the mineral need and will also set up a 'Herbal Garden' for preservation of indigenous knowledge system & breed . This herbal garden concept we have articulated from ancient Santhal tribe knowledge system which leads towards sustainability. It is a fusion of recent technical advancements and traditional practices where we emphasize on practical knowledge system scientifically, using most economical methodologies, creating a virtual platform for all farm entrepreneurs & livestock rearers. In the virtual platform we will have veterinary doctors & agriculture experts for consultation service.We have 4 team members,Shuvajit Chakraborty: Development Practitioner, has 10years experience in PRADAN NGO around agriculture, livestock rearing, farmers producers organization etc. Jitendranath Brahma: Farmer, has 5 years experience in Poultry Bird rearing, Goat rearing, Fisheries.Tirtha Sutradhar: Farmer, also local Panchayat representative since last 5 years.Dr Kumar Sachin: Veterinarian, Regd No. 3197, practicing since last 12 years.
