Prangenix Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. is a deep-tech biotechnology startup developing an AI-enabled multi-omics platform for the early detection, molecular characterization, and monitoring of high-burden diseases using liquid biopsy. Our first product is an affordable, PCR-based liquid biopsy panel for Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC), integrating cfDNA mutation analysis, DNA methylation, and fragmentomics. These molecular signals are combined through a proprietary AI-based scoring algorithm to generate a composite molecular classification score, enabling more accurate and clinically actionable interpretation than individual biomarkers alone. Designed as a scalable platform, Prangenix will expand beyond oncology into other high-burden diseases through advanced molecular diagnostics and next-generation programmable detection technologies.
