Pranyalab Technologies is a Bhagalpur, Bihar-based govtech startup founded and built end-to-end by Pranay Kumar — architecture, product, and the full technical build, using AI-assisted development, with field surveys and on-ground testing personally conducted. The company is built on two connected products and a supporting AI layer: Sutram, a field-survey app that gives every civic asset a permanent, verified identity; CiviPro, a complaint and operations platform built on that identity, turning every repair, complaint, hazard flag, and officer sign-off into one permanent, photo-and-GPS-backed record; and PaniniAI, a sovereign-infrastructure AI layer already handling face redaction and photo content moderation, being developed further into the intelligence layer both products feed. The company has a priced proposal live with Bhagalpur Smart City Limited (2,227 assets) and a demo packet presented to the Bhagalpur DM's office. The product also has demo-ready profiles and views built for Bihar's power distribution utilities (BSPHCL/SBPDCL/NBPDCL) — planned demos, not yet active pilots. The registry model is not limited to municipalities — it is built to serve any department managing physical assets at scale — and is designed to expand beyond Bihar as it proves out.
