Prayan Mats Private Limited The main motive of this company is to produce anti-slip PVC rug pads for the export of it. It is also used for the domestic market. Till now, whatever anti-slip rug pads are available in India are originally imported from China. Also, China, being the only country manufacturing and exporting it to the other countries where rugs and carpets are used in large quantities (mainly in cold countries). The process of this product is to be made with the help of polyester mesh fabric and some chemicals (such as PVC raisin, plasticizer, stabilizing agent, CaCO3). The chemicals are mixed and applied on the mesh fabric, which then is heated with the temperature of 240 degree Celsius in an oven to form a pad in a roll. With the formation of this company, we intend to manufacture the same product and help the economy boost on the foreign exchange by exporting them. As well as supply the domestic, the spare of the leftover production. Which could be increased with the demand of the product. As we all know China is facing trade war with major countries like US and other parts of the world; we would like to take this opportunity to take advantage of this situation and enter in the market of supplying it in the different countries from the region of one of the biggest hand-made carpet and rug manufacturing city BHADOHI. This City is near VARANASI. We request to the government of India to support us in this industry and help us to flourish in this new venture, which would help us to boost our morale and would encourage us bring in more innovative ideas of new production ideas. This way, we would be able to bring in more employment and foreign exchange in our region and help us eventually create better lives for many people.
