To carry on the business of financing, lending or advancing loans with or without security to an individual for education purposes under various streams and fields, skills development and vocational training through offline and online system and mechanisms in India or across the globe and to use and develop technology for the said purpose and tie up with relevant institutions or bodies for the purpose of providing loans. To do all the business of lending money secured or otherwise and transacting contracts regarding the borrowing and lending of money including the negotiation for loans, syndication of loans and to enter into guarantees, contracts of indemnity, surety ship of all kinds, and to secure in any manner and upon any terms the payment of any sum of money or the performance of any obligation by the individual. To raise monies by issue of securities of any description and to lend or deposit any such money or other moneys of the Company for the time being on such security or otherwise as the company may deem expedient and that the Company shall not do any banking business as defined under the Banking Regulations Act, 1949, subject to the provisions of the Act and directives issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
