India now moving towards the developed nations list, we have lots of potential for growth in every field of business. One of the biggest industry which helps any nation's growth in terms of financial, employment, GDP and creating a infrastructure for every other business is construction industry. This field is never ending and biggest contributor in a nations growth. When it comes to construction segment, MEP services have a major role to play in terms of operations of those infrastructure. Like every other field the MEP segment requires highest technical expertise. Though the segment is marching towards its peak in terms of technical expertise like concept making, design, material selection, technology adaption & commissioning activities but still there is a very less importance is towards best installation practices in terms of quality, safety, man power planning & timelines majorly because of unorganized manpower setup in subcontracting. Considering this as a base, we "PrEnCon Private Limited" started with the intention of bringing a qualified man force to the MEP industry. We PrEnCon Private limited looking to bring a change in the industry by bringing the organized man power setup into the system, which is created by giving a periodical technical training, job security, income security & professional guidance to create a quality & safety conscious manpower, with this we are aiming to bring a professional & organized manpower setup throughout the industry.
