Prerak Enterprise, a partnership firm located at G.I.D.C, Bilimora – Gujarat, India was established in the year 2017 with an aim to supply high performance hydraulic hose assemblies to OEM’s. Management at Prerak Enterprise started this business with a goal to provide best quality products to its customers. To provide that kind of assurance to our customer we have started this business with state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture the highest quality products. To achieve that Prerak Enterprise has obtained ISO System certification from SGS UKAS in the year 2018 and now we have obtained ISO/IEC 17025:2017, i.e. NABL accredited testing laboratory for the hose assembly testing as per International standard SAE J-343:2017 as well as IS 12092:1987 (RA – 2018) to make our product more precise. We are equipped with state-of-the-art NABL accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2017 testing laboratory. We have an in-house computerized testing rig (Capacity up to 29000 PSI) to ensure that all our products meet customer’s needs and our high-quality standard. This machine is operated automatically and gives us a printed report of the assembly tested with all the details like date as well as real time mentioned in the report. We provide 100% tested hydraulic hose assembly to our each and every customers. As we have an NABL Accreditation Vide TC-9447 which is also internationally affiliated with ILAC-MRA (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation - Mutual Recognition Arrangement). And for hydaraulic hose assembly proof pressure testing and burst testing with inhouse facility we are first in India.
