The promoters of the company are a set of experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and technocrats with diverse experience in the field of technology. Leading the team is the product developer,Mr.Rajeev Hundekar, Mechanical Engineer and an alumnus of IIM, Bangalore. He has designed & developed the technology and its application while working with his own high precision gear manufacturing unit in India and Germany. He has also designed & developed various other related product lines like Gear Pumps, Gearboxes & Geared motors for wide spectrum of applications. He also has entrepreneurial experience of over 30 years both in India & Germany. The other leading members of the team are, Satish Ammanath, Aeronautical Engineer with extensive experience in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) of aircraft, aircraft systems and aero engines. He has a Masters degree in Reliability and Quality Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and is an alumnus of IIM, Bangalore and has had the experience of working with Manufacturing, Aircraft System Integration and Upgrade projects. M.C.Dinesh a first generation entrepreneur, has considerable experience in handling issues relating to Trade, Industry and Services Sectors. He was elected as the President of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI), Bengaluru for the year 2016-17. He has played significant role in organizing State Level Investors Meets at Coimbatore and Gauribidanur that resulted in attracting investments of more than Rs.15000 crores. He has widely travelled across the world including Europe, USA and Far East leading delegations from Karnataka and attended many conferences.
