Prithvi Ambar Naturals Private Limited is a technology-driven dairy and fresh food company incorporated in 2025 with the objective of modernizing the highly fragmented dairy supply chain in India. The company addresses one of the biggest challenges faced by consumers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities—the lack of access to genuinely fresh, traceable and quality-assured dairy products despite living close to milk-producing regions. Unlike conventional dairy businesses that rely on multiple intermediaries and extended storage periods, our model directly connects dairy farmers with end consumers through an integrated procurement, quality assurance, demand forecasting and last-mile delivery ecosystem. By eliminating unnecessary intermediaries and leveraging technology at every stage of the supply chain, we are able to deliver fresh dairy products while ensuring better price realization for farmers and consistent quality for customers. Today, the company serves more than 750 active customers every day, delivering approximately 1,050 liters of milk daily through a subscription-first business model. Over 80% of our revenue comes from recurring subscriptions, demonstrating strong customer trust and predictable demand. In addition to fresh milk, our portfolio includes paneer, curd, ghee, butter, yellow mustard oil, idli-dosa batter and bakery products, enabling us to become a daily household essentials platform rather than merely a milk delivery service. Our technology stack forms the backbone of the business. The company has developed an integrated ecosystem consisting of AI-based demand forecasting, automated subscription management, delivery route optimization, quality tracking systems, CRM, delivery management software, internal operational software, farmer management tools, customer mobile application and website. These systems work together to optimize procurement volumes, minimize wastage, improve delivery efficiency and ensure complete traceability from farm to consumer.
