Prithviya Sustainable Battery Recycling is dedicated to building a circular economy for lithium-ion batteries by providing sustainable, safe, and high-capacity recycling solutions. Our process integrates collection & sorting, safe discharge & dismantling, mechanical and chemical separation, and purification to recover valuable materials such as black mass, copper, manganese, iron, and plastics with over 99% recovery and purity. Our business model supports industrial partners, EV OEMs and producers to responsibly manage battery end-of-life, reduce environmental impact, and ensure regulatory compliance including EPR reporting. With a daily processing capacity of 5000 kg, we aim to scale material recovery, enable raw material supply for new battery manufacturing, and contribute to sustainability and job creation in clean technology and circular materials sectors.
