Problem: Today the environmental pollution in increasing and waste management is not sufficient in agriculture. We are in need of Eco-friendly- green solutions for this problem. Solution: We use the Agriculture by-products (Biomass) into value-added Goods and Manure, so we can minimize the artificial and plastic materials in the environment. And increase the farmer's income in a sustainable way. Biofertilizers and Organic Farming are the solutions we put forward. We are doing integrated Manure and pesticide management. Innovation: 1, Coir fibers, Coir pith(Cocopeat), Husk chips, grow bags for Biofertilizers and organic agriculture. 2, Construction and packing materials from Coir (medium-density boards), Coconut shell-polished. 3, Arecanut disposable Plates, Coir husk based packing materials to Eliminate the Plastic items. 4, Panchakavya from Cattle farm for Organic Agriculture. We produce the Farm waste to wealth and Bio-fertilizers with integrated Manure and growth medium management with coconut husk based growth media and Coir based building and packaging materials. The project has aimed to demonstrate the potentials of (fresh) coconut husks as raw material for the production of environmentally safe and high-performance materials in Agriculture and Construction. The coconut husk is composed of coir fiber and pith, the basic principles of the coconut husk processing are as follows:- After separation from the coconut, the husk is refined to small particles and short fibers using a simple opening technique by dry hammer milling, yielding suitable material for conversion into Organic Bio-fertilizers and growth medium ( Cocopeat). It can also be made into Medium density boards by hot pressing, after drying to moisture contents below 12% the milled husk material is evenly spread in the mold/press plate and compressed at high pressure and temperature.
