The process involves melting plastic material and forming it into hollow shapes using compressed air and molds. Blow Molding Production Process 1. Raw Material Feeding Plastic granules such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, or PET are fed into the hopper of the blow molding machine. 2. Heating & Melting The raw material passes through a heated barrel where it is melted at controlled temperature. 3. Parison Formation The molten plastic is extruded in the form of a hollow tube known as a “parison”. 4. Mold Closing The mold closes around the hot parison to form the desired product shape. 5. Air Blowing Process Compressed air is injected into the parison, causing the plastic to expand and take the shape of the mold cavity. 6. Cooling Process The formed product is cooled inside the mold using air or water cooling systems to achieve proper shape and strength. 7. Mold Opening & Product Ejection After cooling, the mold opens and the finished product is automatically or manually removed. 8. Trimming & Finishing Extra plastic material (flash) is trimmed and surface finishing is carried out. 9. Quality Inspection The finished products are checked for:  Shape accuracy  Leakage  Thickness  Strength  Surface finish 10. Packing & Dispatch Approved products are packed properly and dispatched to customers or storage area.
