BREIF PROFILE OF M/S. PRO FLEXI PACKAGING PRIVATE LIMITED - Pro Flexi Packaging Private Limited (CIN: U25209DL2020PTC377595) having Registered Office at B 4/148C, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110 029, is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The main objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation, as per Memorandum of Association of the company, are: To manufacture, prepare, process, repair, buy and sell, resell, import and export and deal in plastic tubes, flexi tubes made from plastic, plastic with aluminum foil/aluminum and other packaging material in all fields and spheres. The promoters have conceived a project to set up a manufacturing unit for production of Plastic Tubes with Installed Capacity of 72 Million Plastic tubes. The manufacturing unit will be set up in Nala Garh tehsil in the Solan District (Himachal Pradesh) which is ideally suitable for the proposed project since Baddi and the vicinity has become the hub of Contract Packagers, Cosmetic Companies and Pharmaceutical which are our target customers. ABOUT PLASTIC TUBES: - Seamless plastic tubes are the ideal packaging medium for Cosmetics, Toiletries, skin care products because of their various advantages they are easy to use, durable and provide overall value. Cosmetics and Toiletries are well supported by tubes for their upscale decoration options, eye catching finish and unique dispensing closures. These tube are also preferred by cosmetics and Chemical manufactures for their proven quality and reliability FUTURE POTENTIAL OF FLEXIBLE PACKAGING - Flexible packaging is estimated to reach US$ 13.63 Billion by year FY 2023 growing about 18% CAGR. Plastics, paper and metals are the key materials used in flexible packaging products, which are made from foil or paper sheet or laminated paper and plastic layers. Plastics dominate the flexible packaging market because of their properties: they can be modified by co-polymerization and the use of additives to match exact packaging requirements of the commodity to be packed. It provides stand out visibility on the shelf and is therefore considered ideal package for cosmetics, toiletries, etc. A Tube Offers an economical packing option for manufacturers in terms of filling, warehousing and transportation; A consumer friendly packing option as tube is easy to store, easy to use, portable, durable and attractive; An environment friendly packing option as tube is 100%recyclable and can be marketed without any extra packing like outer carton; and An attractive packing option as tube is squeezable with bounce back to retain original shape and gives your product standout visibility on shelf at retail outlets and enhances its image as premium brand. About 50% of the plastics produced in the country are used in packaging industry. Flexible packaging accounts for around 40% of total packaging industry in FY2020. Therefore, the future of packaging is very bright in India and keeping in mind the same the Promoters are putting their best efforts to set up a world class manufacturing unit for varied flexible/plastic Packaging material.
