Procorpia Private Limited is building a Voice-First AI platform designed for Bharat. In India, millions of customers—especially in rural and semi-urban regions—do not use apps, chatbots, or email support. Their primary and most trusted method of communication with businesses is a simple phone call. However, most businesses rely on human call centers or outdated keypad IVR systems that fail to understand real customer problems. We are solving this gap by creating a multilingual conversational AI voice agent that can talk to customers naturally over a phone call in multiple Indian languages. Our platform replaces traditional call centers by enabling businesses to automate customer conversations such as enquiries, service requests, appointment bookings, reminders, collections, and lead qualification. The system understands natural speech, responds intelligently, and seamlessly transfers complex cases to a human agent when required. The core innovation combines real-time telephony infrastructure, speech recognition, and large language models into a single scalable SaaS platform accessible to even small and rural-focused businesses. Our primary focus is empowering organizations that serve rural and non-English-speaking customers by allowing them to communicate in every possible local language without hiring large support teams. Our vision is to build the operating system for voice communication in India, making customer support accessible, affordable, and intelligent for every business—from small clinics and local institutions to nationwide enterprises.
