MeanBuy.in is a Revolutionary eCommerce Market Place Initiative for community of Indian Business and making the benefits multiply and reach to direct beneficiaries & stake holders. To bring nationwide artisans who are under privileged and don’t have means to reach to online platform. Being Technocrats and understood the market potential of dieing skills or handicrafts of tribes or smaller villages like handmade paintings, organic color painted clothing, coir work, shell work, bamboo handicrafts, home decorative, house hold items, organic gift packing material, bio degradable products made of paper mace by small tribal women – especially from cities or villages or qasba which are under developed and don’t have basic necessities and they are only based either to visit cities and send in weekly bazaar or they are selling to shops or merchants who earn good benefit and gives hardly any amount which are not sufficient enough to run the livelihood of artists/ small manufacturers. We at MeanBuy trying to bridge the gap and bring the power of Internet & eCommerce to collect these products and may maintain minimum quantity and will sell directly to end users and benefits will be shared directly with above said people. We at MeanBuy is constantly working with young technocrats to build the infrastructure and are inviting likeminded people to come together and spread it to the world. It’s a social game changer initiative which will not only bring direct buyer in contacts with manufacturers/ artisans but will also fetch value because these products are mostly not available on any eCommerce market places in India. We want to establish products collection centers from where products can either be picked or shipped to and will be asked to collect it from appointed centers. Feasibility centers or fulfillment centers will be established. It will bring employment and will also keep the emotions live by bringing right buyers at right price. Necessity is the mother of Invention. In ecommerce the trend where most of marketplace are leading to is – platform owner’s forces vendors only to sell products which are in available mode and they have to keep it always ready in stock. Increasing sales offer from 20% to 50% and some times more were making the sellers to reduce their margin thin to thinnest and sometimes for the sake of selling they have to sell at cost price or even in negative to go for clearance of stocks. There were steep rise in dissatisfaction of sellers in terms of terms of conditions imposed by platform owners. After continued research and in depth market survey on sellers behavior and buyers mind set, we at MeanBuy.in came up with revolutionary concept that is completely in blended format of price negotiation and having real essence of human mind set that we can wait for products if we really get value for money and that’s what made us to stand out of competition. Vendors will get enough of time to manage for their source/ manufacture based on orders thus ensuring efficient utilization of working capital by reducing dead stocking
