Team members of Prointek have several years of experience & expertise of innovation, development & manufacturing capability of AV products & solutions. We offer our own award winning AV products (PROINTEK™ Series) primarily for Digital Classrooms and Smart Meeting Rooms, and at the same time, based on customers’ needs we also offer a series of various other AV Products / Solutions / Services too, as domain expert. A group of profound entrepreneurship professionals, enthusiasts and visionary leaders who have been working in various technology product / solution companies over past two decades, realised that it’s not so easy to practice what is generally preached in the business world. Does not matter how loudly product companies shout about ‘customer satisfaction’ as their priority, we believe it's not always their main focus. Practically, the prime focus of most of the product companies are to earn profits, gain market shares & recover R&D investments. When product companies approach customers to solve problems, their motive is mostly to sell what they have. Thus, a true CONSULTATIVE APPROACH is rear with product companies. Most of the time they try to influence customers in a way that customers’ buying decisions are towards the products they intend to supply. Typically, product companies measure their success basis sales volume & gain of market share. Very few product OEMs measure their business success in terms of customer satisfaction index and number of problems solved for their valued customers. This gap in the industry was identified by Pointek’s founding members. At Prointek, we bring technology products & solutions for Education & Business keeping in mind customers’ needs, optimising the right mix of product value & price and most importantly customer satisfaction as our HIGHEST PRIORITY. Customers may have varied problems & needs, and our own technology products may or may not address them all. Therefore, we are not biased to push our own products all the time. If customers’ needs are not met by our own products, we take ‘Solutioning Approach' by guiding & offering appropriate products / solutions available worldwide. If there are thirty things we could do that might solve customer problem, we try to identify and adopt the way which one solves it the best way because we do EXIST to ensure that our customers' problems are solved and they are fully satisfied within their defined budget.
