The entity “PROPLANT FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED” to satisfy the increasing demand for meat by the growing human population aims at providing people Fresh, Healthy, Tasty and Economical Plant-based meat products with much higher protein content, amazing texture and rich-delicious mouthfeel. Thereby negating the killing of animals and preventing animal cruelty. The main objective of the entity is to provide affordable and healthy plant-based products and to facilitate a shift from unsustainable protein to sustainable smart protein for all the people while preserving natural resources, biodiversity and thus tackling challenges related to climate change which in turn would make the process of conserving the environment achievable. Further, due to pandemic one can see an immense change in the lifestyle of people resulting in unhealthy eating habits and choosing unhealthy produce, the startup aims to help people choosing healthy produce as plant-based meat would ensure less saturated fat, lower level of inflammation, improved markers for metabolic health, lower body weight and improved blood pressure ensuring a healthy option and saving lives. This would further help in reducing and spreading foodborne diseases such as chicken flu, salmonella that live in animal’s intestines thereby ending the threat of bacterial contamination. With an endeavor to deliver the best meaty encounter without any comprise, the startup uses a combination of cutting-edge technology along with indigenous and under-utilized crops. The Startup has a wide range of plant-based meat product which includes chicken patty, kebabs, nuggets, minced chicken etc. to suit the taste of not only Indian consumers but at a global level.
