ProsperTech’s platform is being architected as a product-agnostic, multi-asset system from inception, where each asset class is supported with its own transaction lifecycle, holding computation, and income and corporate action logic, with mutual funds treated as one of several supported products. The platform integrates customer onboarding, transaction processing, portfolio valuation, analytics, reporting, advisory tools, CRM, and revenue management into a unified SaaS solution, eliminating data silos and manual intervention. By standardizing and automating multi-product portfolio workflows, the Company is creating a scalable, technology-driven wealth management infrastructure that enhances accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance readiness, in line with its software and technology development objectives stated in its Memorandum of Association.
