M/s PURESHALIMAR SWEETS PRIVATE LIMITED 1.INTRODUCTION: This division includes the processing of the products of agriculture, forestry and fishing into food for humans, and includes the production of various intermediate products that are not directly food products. The activity often generates associated products of greater or lesser value. This division is organized by activities dealing with different kinds of products like milk products, grain mill products, and other food products. Production can be carried out for own account, as well as for third parties, as in custom slaughtering. Some activities are considered manufacturing (for example, those performed in Processing of milk, manufacture of dairy products and ice–cream, bakeries, pastry shops, and prepared sweets shops etc. which sell their own production) even though there is retail sale of the products in the producers' own shop. However, where the processing is minimal and does not lead to a real transformation, the unit is classified to wholesale and retail trade. 2.DIRECTORS: The Company, M/S PURESHALIMAR SWEETS PRIVATE LIMITED, has been promoted by MR ANIL KUMAR and SMT. SUBHLATA DEVI, of At; - Bangali Tola P.O; - Ramgarh Cantt, Dist.; - Ramgarh (Jharkhand). Promoter of the proposed plant comes from a well-known business and educated family. 3.MANAGEMENT: Management of the plant will be vested in the hands of Promoter and experience staff, who will appoint as per the demand for running the plant. Also, service of a Chartered Accountant will be taken to look after the accounting and financial management of the unit.4.LOCATION: The Plant is Proposed to be set up At:- Kisan Nagar, P.O: - Ramgarh Cantt, Dist - Ramgarh ( Jharkhand).
