M/S Puretek industries is incorporated as a partnership firm on 19.08.2022 with a vision to manufacture /Trade in Aluminium blocks,metal and Die Casting using innovative methods which restricts and reduces use of fuel required in melting and extraction process by 15-20 percentage. Thus the product/ process is economically viable and the margin of profits thus obtained is increased by 5 -7 percentage over normal prevailing methods employed in the majority of plants involved in similar line of business.The Firm employs approximately 15-20 skill and semi skilled workers. with a target and potential to achieve a target of 500 lacs in FY 24 and projections of 1000 lacs in FY 25 the start up is in the process of augmenting existing plant capacity and workforce in the coming period.The startup has reduced the costs and need in fuel required in the process of melting and extraction of aluminium metal by 15-20 percentage over conventional process.By incorporating innovative design and materials in the furnaces required for the melting of aluminium,which requires lesser fuels and restricts heat loss due to specially designed furnaces surfaces which keeps them well insulated also emmissions are very less as compared to conventional methods.ue to innovative design and techniques incorporated ,the optimum use of plant capacity with lowered costs of Fuel ,the margin of profits is higher by 7 percentage over plants following conventional processes.
