Hi All, We are a training company focussing on trainings for Experienced Network Engineers who are looking forward to upskill and grow in their field. Company Launched on 10th September 2020 Target Customers: (India + International) - B2C - Experienced Network Engineers working in corporates from 5 LPA to 50 LPA packages. - B2B - Corporates looking forward to upskill their Network Engineers. - B2B2B - Vendors already working with major corporates who outsource their training projects to us Current Business Focus: - B2B, B2C, B2B2B trainings on Cisco DevNet 200-901, Cisco SD-WAN 300-415, Cisco DEVCOR 350-901, Cisco ENAUTO 300-435, Cisco ENCOR 350-401, Cisco ENARSI 300-410. - Lab renting to corporates and vendors for their training needs. Average ticket size: - INR 15,000 for B2C business - Generated ~~ INR 28 Lakhs and now we are at INR 4.5 Lakhs per month revenue (only salary expenses in this one, rest is margin) - INR 1,80,000 for B2B business - Generated ~~ 10 Lakhs in revenue, major part was in-house - INR 50,000 for Lab Renting and Training business for B2B2B~~ Generated over 20 Lakhs in revenue with an overall profit margin of 40% Acquired Customers: - B2C - From companies like British Telecom, Orange, Accenture, Airtel, Harris Communication, HCL, IBM, Cisco, TCS, Huwaei, Juniper, HP, Adobe, Amazon, Infosys, BSNL, CSS Corp, Altran, Ericsson, and a few from defense sector as well. - B2B - Colt Technologies (India and UK), SoftwareOne, Accenture(via third party), HCL (via third party), NTT Global India, GAIL Noida, BSNL(via third party), Calburgi - USA, Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (Via Third Party), Enecworld Ibérica - Spain, Nokia-Paris(via ThirdParty), Nokia – Protugal (via Third Party), Knowlarity Solutions India - B2B2B - Working with 5 major players as their white label partners and receive queries from over 30 vendors monthly, trying to close soon :-)
