Our company Pyrox i-City Pvt Ltd Specialises in FIRE DETECTION Systems for Large Residential Infrastructure. Driven by a team of engineers having more than 15 years of core domain experience in manufacturing and engineering Fire Safety Systems, Pyrox offers substantial benefits over traditional addressable systems for High Rise Residential Infrastructure. A brief introduction to the benefits of the system is presented below for your kind consideration. A typical 20 floor Residential Building would require close to 60 runs of Low Voltage cable running in the shaft to implement Fire Alarm and Public Address systems. Since the basic style of cabling in addressable fire alarm system is unstructured, even with these 60 runs of cable these systems are not able to precisely indicate the flat wise location of CABLING FAULT ( short / open circuits) resulting in difficulty during erection and maintenance of the systems. Even locating the fire alarm at flat level can be done only after major programming effort during the installation and commissioning phase. Furthermore these systems are proprietary due to which the owner of the building is tied down to only use components of the particular manufacturer as the devices like smoke detectors and modules from other manufacturers would not be compatible with other systems. The Public Address System functions independently without intelligent interface with the Fire Alarm System and hence establishing communication with the affected area becomes very cumbersome. This excessive cabling leads to major difficulties during maintenance and many times the systems are left non-functional exposing the occupants to major fire risks. Pyrox has overcome these major limitations of Addressable Systems and provides an advanced but cost effective solution. Pyrox is able to 1) REDUCE shaft CABLING by more than 90 %( instead of 60 runs Pyrox just needs 2 runs to implement Fire Alarm And Public Address System put together). 2) Identify fire and faults at a flat level without any programming in the panel 3) Has facility to integrate Gas Leak, Panic and Intrusion Detection. 4) Integrate with any standard smoke& heat detectors. 5) Since Fire Alarm and Public address systems are integrated making announcements to the affected area and conducting evacuation becomes very seamless. Further to this the Pyrox System Detectors offer a unique advantage of being immune to False Alarms generated due to Cement, Dust, Steam or Aerolsols ( Mosquito Repellent Sprays, Room Freshners,etc). Specifically in large high-rise apartment set-up, constant false alarms are generated due to interior works of different flat owners being carried on at different times. Activities like painting, upholstery up-gradation and minor civil works generate dust leading to constant false alarms nuisance which can be avoided by deploying the Pyrox False Alarm Immune Smoke Detectors. Compared to traditional systems pyrox offers more than 90 % cabling reduction in the shafts resulting in a simple and easily maintainable system. The public address system is also integrated in the same cabling. With just the additional devices and no extra cabling flat wise panic button, lpg gas leak detector and intrusion detectors can also be added onto this system thus offering holistic safety to the protected premises.
