Manufacturing and processing of Critical minerals, speciality chemicals and Rare Earth alloys/ metal powders which are the Intermediate material for making Rare Earth Permanent Magnets (REPM) like NdFeB, SmCo & other high-tech products like Metal hydrides for H2 storage. Presently these are 100% import substitute in INDIA, till now China is supplying 85% of the Global needs, expected growth is from USD12.5 Billion now to USD 40 Billion by 2030. Our REPM products are used for EVs /Hybrid cars, wind mills, aviation spares, Alloys for Defense production and many more. Our manufacturing process incorporates ground breaking technology and process used for producing high-purity products (the USP of this business). Our 1st phase manufacturing is for 240 MT/year of REPM intermediate products, scaling to 600 MT/ year by 2028-29. Our Plant location is proposed at Gurrampalem Industrial Zone, Visakhapatnam Rural, AP State. It shall meet to all National & International safety standards with ZERO wastage. The factory construction is planned for completion by end of 2025, commercial production by August 2026. Due to our products uniqueness and the vast market gap in Demand & Supply of Rare Earth alloy products the project has very good financial viability, and return on investment is very attractive for stakeholders. The cost of plant & machinery is estimated at Rs.119 crore (MSME unit). Funding would be thru Equity cum VC mode. Even if 70% is borrowed, the DSC ratio in 1st year is "1.66", goes upto "2.66" by 5th year. The promoters family's previous experience in alloy manufacturing & construction activities, the factory will be constructed in very economical costing compared to US & European estimates.
