Qual Eye Technology is an AI Native Solution company which is into developing a Unified framework by fusing engineering automation, science, and Artificial Intelligence that replicates and Augments the manual quality testing process at Object level, while eliminating its inefficiencies. The framework employs a structured pipeline beginning with precision-guided movement of object through mechanical modules, followed by high-resolution image acquisition under adaptive lighting, and thereafter the generation of 360-degree digital profiles for each Object. Multi-layered AI models—including computer vision, object detection, and object tracking algorithms—classify object against pre-trained datasets. The system integrates all outputs in real time, synthesizing them into human-readable reports suitable for regulatory compliance, trade, and traceability. This end-to-end, autonomous workflow ensures repeatable, reproducible, and scalable quality assessment in both laboratory and field environments. Qual Eye intends to deploy at first it in the field of Agriculture to create a one-stop solution capable of conducting comprehensive physical quality testing across a wide spectrum of agricultural commodities. By fusing advanced AI models, engineered mechanical assemblies, and commodity science, the invention delivers real-time, kernel-level quality reporting. The system classifies each kernel into categories such as correct, broken, admixture, chaffy, damaged, shriveled, weevilled, immature, and foreign impurities, with results directly mapped to standard regulatory or contractual limits.
