Quorum Labs is an early-stage Indian deep-tech startup building AI-native, sovereign agentic systems for the manufacturing industry. At our core is a proprietary agentic architecture and orchestration layer - novel engineering IP - that runs fine-tuned small language models directly on the edge, on the factory floor, giving manufacturers autonomous, low-latency AI while their operational data never leaves their premises. Incumbent factory-floor software from giants such as SAP and Siemens was built for a pre-AI era; we are reimagining manufacturing operations from first principles for a world of autonomous AI agents. Architected and controlled from India for full data and technological sovereignty, our systems are built to scale to manufacturers globally. We additionally offer AI advisory and AI-audit services to help enterprises adopt and govern AI across their own operations.
