Radha-Raman (Tourism) Private Limited is building an organised, professionally managed vehicle fleet model to solve a critical gap in India's ride-hailing ecosystem — the shortage of reliable, well-maintained cab supply in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. We partner with Ola, Uber, and Rapido to deploy company-owned vehicles onto their platforms across metro and non-metro cities. Our core innovation lies in fleet utilisation: each vehicle operates in two 8-hour shifts daily, nearly doubling revenue-generating hours compared to owner-driven cabs, while directly employing two drivers per vehicle. This asset-sharing model creates dignified, salaried driving jobs — free from EMI burdens and vehicle upkeep — and gives platforms the consistent, compliant supply they need to expand into underserved corridors. Building on this foundation, we plan to launch our own technology platform, extending into intercity tourist travel via electric buses, bundled with an integrated luggage carrier service — a differentiated, currently unmet offering in India's intercity travel market. By combining fleet efficiency, driver employment, and a phased shift toward owned, electric, tech-enabled mobility, Radha-Raman (Tourism) Private Limited aims to become a scalable, sustainable mobility infrastructure company rooted in Rajasthan and expanding nationally.
