We take the tenders for various services from PSUs on the behalf of various small groups located in rural areas who wish to take the work but are unable due to several barriers, including lack of knowledge and specified manpower. We find such groups, take the tender and allot them work! In this way we free distinct labor groups from the hassles of meeting the required number of labor and dealing with complicated procedures of making the bid for tender while being able to find work in the corporate.
