Raivata Bionex Private Limited is a biotechnology-led cosmetics startup developing nano-based bio-mask skincare products, an innovation currently unavailable in the Indian market. We convert medical-grade chitosan into ultra-thin, flexible bio-mask that adhere naturally to the skin and enable controlled, uniform release of active ingredients. This offers improved efficacy, antimicrobial benefits, and biodegradability—representing a significant improvement over conventional sheet masks. Our prototype is complete, fully functional, and validated through small-batch lab production. Using polymer-engineering methods, we can customize membrane thickness, porosity, hydration, and serum diffusion rate, creating a platform that supports multiple product SKUs: under-eye patches, acne-repair membranes, post-procedure healing sheets, and premium brightening/hydration masks. This modular backbone makes the solution highly scalable, with capacity expansion requiring simple addition of trays, controlled dryers, and QC steps. India’s clean beauty and clinical skincare markets are rapidly growing, yet there is no domestic brand offering a biopolymer-based membrane system. Our technology has strong export potential in Southeast Asia, Middle East, and later US/EU. We will do R&D optimization, semi-automated membrane production, dermatology testing, packaging development, pilot batches, and regulatory preparation. Our long-term roadmap includes quantum-powered material simulation to accelerate biopolymer design and create proprietary, patentable membrane technologies for global expansion.
