Ramachandra Naidu Jyothi Pvt Ltd is building Ceaser, an AI-driven enterprise automation platform designed to bridge the execution gap between business decisions and technical implementation. Ceaser focuses on automating high-risk operational workflows such as employee offboarding and task execution across multiple enterprise SaaS systems. Currently, critical actions decided in meetings like revoking employee access are executed manually across tools such as identity providers, cloud platforms, and project management systems, leading to delays, human error, and security vulnerabilities. Ceaser addresses this problem by passively analyzing meeting transcripts to detect administrative intents and automatically preparing the required system actions through secure API orchestration. With a single administrator approval, Ceaser executes complex multi-platform workflows with a complete audit trail, improving operational efficiency, security, and compliance. The startup is currently in the validation stage, developing an MVP and running early pilots to validate demand among enterprises and IT teams. Our long-term vision is to build a scalable execution layer for enterprises where decisions translate into secure, immediate action.
