The Idea of introducing PIKPART not come over night it has taken lot of year's of research and time. We are fortunate to have such a great team behind this game changing concept.This company is start up company with full potential & registered with MCA in Feb 2018. The basic idea theme of this startup to ensure provide better sales & after sales service for automotive as well as engineering products. 1-To support all manufacturer or new startup which not having big infrastructure to approach to end customer without major investment. 2-Shop Keeper in Automotive & Engineering segment is not able procured good spare product for end customer just because of source & parts availability. Pikpart is provide one online as well as offline platform for them to easy approach for buy & sell for all brand (B2B Segment).3-This will also help to our end customer for better cost as well as best option choice (B2C Segment). 4- PIKPART focus to provide sales & service for end customer on door step. PIKPART to be provided sales & after sales services to end customer for multi brand Engineering, Automotive, & Home Appliances etc In alignment of this goal, We are dividing this whole concept in two parts & created brand with respect two category as mentioned below- 1-Sales & Distribution -E Commerce Portal & Retail Shop (Pikpart) . 2-After Sales Services -Multi-brand Service Center (Pikpart Services) . Pikpart- Pikpart is our E-Commerce portal which will be provided product on customer hand. This E-commerce model will work for both model B2B & B2C. In B2B category, we are focusing shopkeeper for giving environment to support their IT infrastructure also. Shopkeeper could manage his all transaction through our E-commerce & application. It is fully supported by our local business manager. Our local business manager is supporting to provide technical training & also support to put order & schedule on portal etc. This will work for offline as well as online shop. Pikpart Services -Pikpart services are our Service portal which will be provided service on customer hand .This Service is working on multiple concept as Service at Center, Service at Home, Refurbished product off line display. This two model is fully synchronized Online as well as Off Line with each other & committed to customer for not only product delivery although service till product presence. This is our start up theme & currently we are in execution. Our E-Commerce portal is under designing & it will be ready soon. In service Section, we have started our journey in automotive bike category & Currently we have already established our one multi brand bike service center in kashipur & exploring more location to spread out across pan India as franchisee model
