ReArc Technologies is an energy innovation startup focused on building India’s next-generation battery ecosystem through indigenous, high-performance, and scalable energy solutions. We are developing two core battery technologies: Hollow Cylindrical Lithium-Ion Cells with internal silicone oil immersion cooling, offering 20C discharge rates, higher cycle life, longer life, and enhanced thermal stability — ideal for EVs, aerospace, drones, and grid storage. Fully Recyclable Aluminium-Air Battery System, designed for long-range, high-load transport such as trucks, rail, and defense vehicles. This solution provides ultra-high energy density, modularity, and reusability without grid charging. We are currently in the prototype and pilot production stage in partnership with NSURE (Bangalore), with a strong focus on cell-level IP, material sourcing, and scalable fabrication. While our primary focus is advanced energy storage, we are also strategically entering the electric mobility market with self-balancing, hubless EV platforms built around our proprietary battery tech. Our goal is to drive India's transition to clean, safe, and high-performance mobility and energy systems — from cell to vehicle.
