The REDLEAP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED solves the main problem faced by new parents after the birth of a child which is lack of sleep. It creates automatic cradles that soothe babies to sleep so that parents do not have to wake up at night. The cradle also contains advanced health monitors to make sure that infants that are at high-risk due to premature birth or congenital defects can be monitored and parents alerted if anything goes wrong. New parents lose approximately 6 weeks (1000 hours) of sleeping the first year of their child's life. This period is extremely stressful for parents and lack of sleep makes it worse. In addition, for 10% of babies who are born premature and babies with other health issues, the first few years are very delicate and it is important to keep track of their health constantly. By creating an IoT based automatic smart cradle that uses sensors to detect if the baby has woken up and soothes them to sleep. The cradle also contains advanced health monitors to make sure that infants that are at high-risk due to premature birth or congenital defects can be monitored and parents alerted if anything goes wrong. The crib also connects to the phone so that many of the functionalities of the crib can be controlled from the phone.
