REFRESHO HERBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (our company) aims in producing products that are natural and herbal which uses the concept of aromatherapy in Ayurveda. Ayurveda has various drug administration routes called Srotas like; Mukha (oral), Nasa (nasal), Karna (ear), Akshi (eyes), Guda (rectum), Mutra marga (Urethra), Yoni (vagina), and twak (skin). Amongst which, intranasal administration remains the preferred route due to its convenience, better systemic bioavailability, and improved patient compliance. In Ayurveda, the inhalation of different aromas obtained from herbs, in the form of essential oils termed aromatherapy, is in everyday use. These aromas were administered in the form of room fragrance, diffuser pad, inhalation of vapour/steam, bath-water, and massage oil. The use of essential oils can be of great importance due to the important properties possessed by the oils, moreover they are found to be a derivative of plant material. The use of these essential oils creates or causes a stimulus which furthers to form a sensation for the user when used appropriately. Thus trying to bring about a momentary instant stress relief in an individual’s body. The essential oils contains the presence of various substances that the oil derives properties from, which are useful in curing various ailments that affects the human body.
