Our startup is building an AI-powered global human hair trade platform that transforms the highly unorganized hair industry into a structured, technology-driven ecosystem. The platform connects women suppliers, pickup agents, small wholesalers, big wholesalers, and processing centers into a single integrated network, enabling efficient aggregation, transparent pricing, and secure digital transactions. A key innovation of our platform is the integration of AI-based quality assessment for accurate grading and fair pricing, along with end-to-end export automation to enable seamless global trade. In addition to optimizing the core supply chain, our startup introduces a unique waste-to-value model. Hair waste (non-remy and discarded hair), which is traditionally unused or disposed of, is collected and supplied to fertilizer companies through our platform. This enables the conversion of waste hair into organic agricultural inputs, supporting sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices. The platform not only improves efficiency and transparency across the industry but also creates large-scale livelihood opportunities at multiple levels, including women suppliers, rural pickup agents, small traders, and processing units. By digitizing and standardizing the entire value chain, our startup aims to position India as a global leader in the organized human hair trade while driving social impact, sustainability, and employment generation.
