These include a photograph of two-wheeler, explanations; search and comparison by make, model, price, features; and live offers and promotions in all cities. The platform also has used two-wheeler classifieds wherein users can upload their two-wheelers for sale, and find used two-wheelers for buying from individuals and used two-wheeler dealers.Besides the above consumer product features, going forward, 2Pahiya.com is also working on a rich array of tech-enabled tools to OE manufacturers and two-wheeler dealers. These include apps for dealer sales executives to manage leads, cloud services for tracking sales performance, call tracker solution, digital marketing support, a virtual online showroom, and outsourced lead management operational process for taking consumers from inquiry to sale.ScalabilityThe business model pf 2Pahiya.com envisages appointment of franchisee for facilitating sale and purchase of two-wheelers. The franchisee will also be selling various value-added services such as warranty, insurance and (to be added in near future) services. Since the investment in the franchisee (of one location) including working capital is less than Rs. 5 lakhs, the entry point for becoming a franchisee is very low. 2Pahiya.com already has 6 franchisee working in Chhattisgarh and the number is expected to reach 10 in the next two months. 2Pahiya.com is looking to expand its business in various other states and the expect number of franchisee is projected at over 100 by end of FY 2021-2022. Employment2Pahiya.com already has about 6 persons on its rolls. Further, the number of persons employed through its franchisee is around 25. A significant part of the costs incurred by 2Pahiys.com will be manpower. The requirement of manpower under direct employment of 2pahiya.com (excluding through franchisee) is expected around 40 in Year 2021-2022. Also, by the end of year 2026-2027, the total headcount of 2pahiya.com is projected around 100.With respect to generation of employment through its franchisee, it is project to 4 to 6 persons per franchise. Thus, the total employment generated through franchisee by end of FY 2021-2022 is expected to be around 500 and projected to be over 7000 by end of 2026-2027.
