We offer employee counselling services via phone in most Indian languages as well as face-to-face counselling across India. We also offer crisis management services, interesting onsite events, highly engaging corporate workshops, as well as digital programs to help employees manage stress in their lives. Our EAP services are utilized by a number of small and large companies in India. We offer round-the-year programs and app-based stress management techniques to engage multi-generational work forces. With increasing utilization among employees, Silver Oak Health is providing better value for employers and is changing the way EAP is administered in India. The company is the first one in India to develop solutions like India’s first coach assisted online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Tranquil Mindfulness programs and apps. These programs appeal to young corporate employees as they learn various strategies to cope with stress. We maintain high levels of confidentiality, and our programs have been designed keeping in mind the importance of data privacy.
