• re-source the company is founded by a think tank after curating fashion for 3 decades, Having a combined work experience of 32 years and seeing fashion grow in various stages this company was established, Here at resource we believe at contributing our best to the ethical way of fashion technology keeping in terms with the current trends, after learning about the pollution, wastage and exploitation created by this ‘Big Billion Dollar’ Industry, team resource is trying its best to create these values where in our team day in and day out tries the best to contribute to ethical factors, we work with the best and least ecologically damaging procurement techniques for acquiring fabrics, dyeing fabrics etc, We also quantify the need for up-liftment of the artisans involved in our manufacturing process unlike other big factories we don’t run a ‘Sweatshop’ we have a team which like any other industry gives hope for a better living and future. Right from our procurement stage to packaging stage we try using techniques which are eco-friendly and recyclable resources. • The company founders Akshay Kalmadi & Nitin Lall have a combined work experience of 32 years in the field of fashion, having worked with the best design houses ,labels and fashion weeks across the globe, the working culture here is different from every other apparel company, our policy is to contribute minimum wastage, pollution and exploitation, we try not to exceed and over consume products just because of ignorance we create a mess, we are a small team which believes in diversification, we are tied up with various categories of artisans and craftsman which are best in the industry for the creation of a beautiful product for your company. We are a one stop shop for all pret-e-porter, haute couture, beachwear, footwear,bags and accessories manufacturing in an ethical manner. • We follow a stringent policy to deliver quality products for the end users. The systems and check points in our production units ensures the desired quality standards of the products. We always strive to give 100 per cent satisfaction to the clients and believe in maintaining the long term business relationships. • Individual teams for each product category keeps continuous eye on latest technological innovations that can be helpful to further improvise the product quality. We provide appropriate infrastructure & adequate training to our workers ,artisans and constantly monitoring our suppliers & guide them to supply desired quality products. • Our production facilities is based in Delhi NCR and capable of producing the best whatever assigned by the client/buyer.
