Rezo Technologies Private Limited – ‘Rezofin’ is a tech-enabled cloud based platform that connects large corporate buyers with their suppliers helping them discount invoices or finance invoices through banks or individual financiers at market-determined prices in an automated, transparent and secure way. We get all the required data in real time as far as possible, such that we are able to arrive at a negotiated middle ground that works for all parties involved. With the help of a few controllable parameters, the suppliers can minimise their cost of borrowing and the buyers or financiers can maximise their returns. Our intelligent algorithm matches the above requirements and calculates the resulting discounts dynamically. We are creating efficiency in the system by incorporating technology and removing the intermediaries. The hefty premiums currently charged by the intermediaries are added back to the supply chain. Our vision is to become default source for Working Capital financing and help liquidity flow freely between the trading parties. Rezofin is addressing a problem that has a global market opportunity. It has the capacity to benefit the entrepreneurial system in India that has millions of MSMEs facing a $198 Billion debt. We plan to stop at nothing but an excellent product that will help support the backbone of every economy.
